01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ck444gg platform (including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the ck444gg platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

ck444gg reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will take effect fourteen (14) calendar days after notification, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

02 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of ck444gg is strictly limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain in compliance with this age requirement throughout the duration of your account.

ck444gg takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Where a player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they are 18 or older, their account will be suspended and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit, less any winnings accrued during the period of underage use.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ck444gg is operated for and directed at adult players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your specific circumstances. ck444gg makes no representation that use of the platform is appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ck444gg. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck444gg reserves the right to close all secondary accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held in those accounts, and withhold associated winnings pending a full investigation. Players who believe a duplicate account has been created fraudulently in their name should contact support immediately at support@ck444gg.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use ck444gg's gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

ck444gg reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck444gg username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. ck444gg will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This feature is available in the account security settings immediately after login and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, ck444gg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players will be required to complete KYC before their first withdrawal is processed. The KYC process typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address dated within the last three months. Documents may be submitted via the account verification section of the ck444gg dashboard after login.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck444gg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by ck444gg on standard BDT transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees; ck444gg is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank or mobile money provider.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on ck444gg is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, ck444gg may apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits via the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard, which take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 48 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the same account cycle (where operationally possible).
• Any active bonus funds must comply with applicable wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• ck444gg reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit made via fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated funds, and referral to the relevant financial institution and, where required, law enforcement authorities. Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks with their payment provider will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for outstanding balances.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ck444gg offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to registered players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded on ck444gg are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is credited. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place cumulative bets totalling ৳20,000 from the bonus balance before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-derived funds.

Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. As a general guide: most slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%; and sports bets must meet minimum odds thresholds to qualify. Exact contribution percentages for each active promotion are published in that promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck444gg operates automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; collusion between players to generate artificial wagering volume; placing offsetting or low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk; and the use of automated software to exploit promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ck444gg — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body responsible for that competition. In-play bets are subject to the odds presented at the moment the bet is confirmed; ck444gg accepts no responsibility for network latency between the player's device and our servers that may result in a bet being confirmed at slightly different odds than initially displayed.

In the event that a match, game, or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled prior to completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market. As a general rule, bets on abandoned or unfinished events will be voided and the stake returned, unless the result of the specific market was already determined at the point of abandonment.

6.2 Casino and RNG Games

All slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports products available on ck444gg use certified random number generators provided by our third-party game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other licensed providers. ck444gg does not control or modify the RNG outcomes of these games. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific results for individual gaming sessions.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

Live dealer games on ck444gg are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar) are governed by the rules of that game variant as displayed at the live table. In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino outcome, the video recording of the relevant game round held by the game provider constitutes the authoritative record for dispute resolution purposes.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game outcomes — including system malfunctions, software errors, or data feed errors — ck444gg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. A manifest error includes but is not limited to: odds or payouts offered that are clearly inconsistent with market rates; game results produced by a malfunctioning RNG; and bets accepted on an event whose result was already known at the time of bet placement. No claim lies against ck444gg for winnings accrued through manifest error.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck444gg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating more than one registered account (see Section 2.3).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 18+ age requirement.
• Using another person's account, payment credentials, or personal identity to register or transact on ck444gg.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the ck444gg platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, extracting odds data, or exploiting bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to generate artificial betting activity for the purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Exploiting errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies in a manner that is clearly not consistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Using the ck444gg platform in connection with any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from criminal conduct.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions with your payment provider in respect of genuine gaming transactions.
• Transmitting any malicious software, virus, or harmful code to the ck444gg platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses ck444gg staff, support agents, or other players.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their ck444gg account at any time by contacting support at support@ck444gg. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account wallet will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply. Account closure requests are typically processed within one to two business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion via the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods available on ck444gg range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will not receive any promotional communications from ck444gg, and re-opening of the account before the self-exclusion period expires will not be permitted. 8.3 Closure by ck444gg

ck444gg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or AML/KYC non-compliance.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Determination by our responsible gaming team that continued gaming poses a risk to the player's wellbeing.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed by ck444gg for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's payment method. Where closure is due to confirmed breach (including fraud or AML violations), ck444gg may withhold account balances pending investigation and legal proceedings as applicable.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ck444gg will send a notification email to the registered address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. A dormancy fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. The dormancy fee will not cause an account balance to go below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of ck444gg shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ck444gg endeavours to resolve all player disputes amicably and in good faith. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account decision, players should contact support at support@ck444gg with full details of the dispute. ck444gg will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within five (5) business days.

8.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck444gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses resulting from your reliance on information published on ck444gg. Our total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on ck444gg, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck444gg with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
